Stillwater Catholic Retreat Center is the largest Catholic retreat center in the Diocese of Lafayette and serves thousands of individuals in need of finding rest and hope in Jesus each year. This beautiful facility has been used by the ACTS community, Domestic Church, ECHO, Life Teen, confirmation groups, church parishes, Catholic schools, college campus ministries, summer camps, and more!

By becoming a Friend of Stillwater with a monthly donation, you pave the way for future generations to benefit from Stillwater and also support improvement of the property by joining the chapel (dedicated by Bishop Deshotel in 2019) with the rest of the campus with a brick walkway.

Engraved bricks are a beautiful way to honor a loved one or to leave a legacy on their behalf.

You can sponsor a 4”x8” brick with an ongoing $10 monthly donation. Individuals are welcome to dedicate multiple bricks, each one at a $10 monthly commitment. The text on each brick is fully customizable. Bricks will be shipped directly to Stillwater and installed on the walkway! You will literally be paving the way for countless souls to encounter Jesus during their time at this peaceful haven just south of Abbeville.
